Let’s talk about ethically incorporating spiritual practices into counseling sessions with clients. Alternative approaches grounded in spiritual concepts have become more widely sought out by clients and counselors in the counseling setting. However, minimal training is provided in master’s programs on ethically incorporating spiritually based practices in counseling. If you are using or would like to incorporate yoga, meditation, energy work, ancient wisdom, or other alternative methods in your counseling practice this training helps ground your practice in ethical and spiritual competency.
OBJECTIVES
Discuss religious and spiritual competencies for the counseling field
Summarize how spirituality is addressed in the code of ethics
Examine religious and spiritual development as it relates to the counselor and counseling relationship

What do I need to complete in order to receive CE credits?
You will have a combination of video presentation and audio Q&A material to listen to and review. After you review the material you will need to complete post evaluation and post rest in order to receive CE certificate.
How do I receive access to attend self-paced workshop?
After your register you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt. The receipt will contain the link to gain access to the classroom/workshop. You will need a gmail account in order to receive access to the learning platform.
