  • Identify 2 ways to incorporate ancient wisdom with a Cognitive Behavioral approach. 

  • Explain 3 different cognitive distortions and how they relate to Latinx cultural values or beliefs.  

  • Describe how Narrative therapy can help build new thought pathways, increase awareness and insight for clients.
